By far the most common reason for that watch to fail is the Owner believed it was waterproof and got it wet.
It is "splash resistant", which is meaningless.
To charge your Apple Watch: Plug the Apple Magnetic Charging Cable, Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Case, or Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Dock into its USB power adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. You can also plug the charging cable into a USB port.13 Sep 2016
Seems like the charging capabilities of the battery have been exhausted.
Try another cable/ac adapter. If same results, you might think of a possible battery replacement
Just fixed mine. While plugged in, depress all the buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. It should turn on and show that it is charging. The ticking will stop as well.
Most makers recommend regular servicing, so perhaps a visit to the makers service center would solve the problem.
The charges for this are indicated on their web site (tissot.ch). Go to the bottom of the page and their is a link marked "repairs". Click on this to see their charges. Alternatively you could contact their service centers to confirm servicing charges are the same as the repairs
Hey man all you have to do is mail the watch to Guess, their service dept is world class. I found a lost guess watch behind a car seat. It was lost for 10 yrs i mailed it in, the fixed it to mint condition and charged me $13. I took another guess watch to the mall to have the battery and crystal replace, dont take it to Mohammed just send it back to guess, they will fix anything they find wrong and mail it back to you. I have dont this twice and they dont rape you in charges, they were way cheaper than those loosers at the watch shop.
take it to a jewlrey store, like sergios. They know how to fix all watches. I took my fossil blue to 4 watch stores including the fossil store in the mall and none of the stores could fix it. I took it to sergios they changed 2 batterys in like 5 minutes with no charge.
