If you are real person then you have full access your account. Or may be your account hack. So you check it your account hack or not, it means if your account not hack then you also change password or other setting.

Change your password on a computer:

1> Open Gmail.
2> Click the gear in the top right.
3> Select Settings.
4> Click the Accounts tab at the top.
5> Click Change password in the "Change account settings" section.
6> Type your current password and your new password. We highly recommend you create a unique password - one that you don't use for any other websites. See more password tips below.
