My Multipass keeps coming up with a flag telling me that my waste ink tank is full. This may be the reason that the printer will not function.
Question. How do I get into the machine and empty the waste ink tank ?

-   my waste tank is full. Best Buy doesn't do this repair. Am sure it can't be THAT big of a deal to empty...-   Guest
