yeah this is happening with me . except i hav an xbox 360. and it only happeneds with cod modern warfare 2.i recentally had a BIG ERROR with my xbox and freezing is only happending now. so maybe u hav an error

in the Ps3 user menu set up another profile it's the first thing you do when you get your new PS3 a lot of people forget about it , then save it that should save your separate profile when playing together . then you can pick which profile to use in future .

If it updated then some of the PS2 games are not "reverse-compatible".

you can fix this yourself....change the SATA harddrive..get it from gamestop or a laptop. just make sure its a sata drive
