Re: HP printer problem

Go into Control Panel, Printers. Double click your HP printer. A new box will appear. In the Printer pull-down menu, un-check Use Printer Offline. Hopefully this was the "problem".

Hello I have a problem on MGE Calaxy 3000 20KVA UPS. I change the batteries with new batteries when i put it on, the battery status deos not come just give me xxx . before has this erorr "UPS...

The Galaxy 3000 uses a software which has all the data of the batteries used for the commissioning. However if the battery replaced are not of the same specification then the XXX would appear, meaning the software cannot match the specifications. Please try for first principle, check the ac in, check the rectifier and so on. Across the battery circuit breaker (in off position) compare the battery voltage and the charging voltage. This would give you an indication if the charger is working.

try this one i think it can help your problem.

at Start menu you can see printers and faxes icon or you can also see in setting drop down menu, and click it.

if theres a list of many printers, see the one you're using, and double click it. and cancel all pending document to be print.

Tip: please don't click the printer icon several times it will only multiple the printing process.

Hard drives replacement

Both hard drive and CD drive can be purchased from your local technology store. For example, Futureshop or BestBuy.

You're looking for an internal IDE cd drive, and an internal IDE (NOT SATA) 3.5" hard drive. Get a 7200RPM hard drive for better performance.

example hard drive:

example cd drive. This is a cd/dvd read write combo drive:

you don't need the cd. you just need the drivers. download them from HP's website.

Printing,hp deskjet3420

Hi Malcom,

The HP3420 is connected to your PC through the USB port and not through the LPT1/parallel port.

You have to change the port setting. Go to Start, Printers, right click on HP3420, click on Properties, go to the Ports tab, check/select USB, OK.

Alternately, you may have to re-install the drivers for the HP3420 and allow the program to Search for the printer connection. Clicking on the button Stop Searching will auto install it again to LPT1.

Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.
