Electrolux wt 30 draining problem

No, I can't find it on the net. However, Electrolux bought White which it operated as a subsidary in the 80's. Whether White might have any Electrolux manuals is a good question. Electrolux itself doesn't currently list even the category sewing machines on its own website. I can find some pictures of computerized Electrolux machines and even one of a Hygiene machine (which appears to have been a line of several models). I can only find one or two Electrolux sewing machine manuals on line and none of your model. I think any such machines were built prior to 2009. You could post in a hobbyist group such as one for quilting and someone might replay. If one of the shops that says it works on all models actually had a user manual, it would astound me. Sorry. But when I tapped Sears parts department, it referred me to a light bulb out of stock which was actually for another brand of machine in spite of being found through a search for Electrolux. The function of the pressure switch in the machine that gives a signal if the washing machine is full or empty with water.Spining cycle will start only if the machine is previously drain water and pressure switch overlapped to the empty position. Check everything about pressure switch and hydraulic circuit (tube and pressure chamber).

I found that after 3 washes the flood well had enough water to activate the float switch thereby rendering the machine inoperable. What I done was drill a small hole in the plastic base well - the waster that drains out is minimal, not even noticed, but enough to keep the machine working.

Here are two reset procedures for the control panel that might get your machine working again:

1. Unplug the machine for about 1 minute. Plug it back in and check the machine's operation. If this doesn't work, try the next reset procedure.

or

1. Turn the dial to Off.
2. Press and hold the start/pause button and the nearest option button. While holding them down, turn the dial one notch clockwise.
3. The machine will beep or flash, when it does let go of the buttons.
4. After you release the buttons, turn the dial slowly, stopping at each click until you get to "off".
5. Now, turn the dial to any setting, then turn to off.
6. Check the machine's operation.

From reading everything I can find, i.e User's manual & parts manual the only thing you add oil too is the engine. The pressure pump does not have a liquid sump.

So too add oil to the engine you would remove the dip stick from the crank case located on the opposite of the side of the engine as the oil sensor.

I recommend you use 30 WT SAE oil for 3 oil changes then on the 4th oil change use an HD 30 WT oil. The oil drain plug is located in the center of the side of the engine crank case base. On the 5th Oil change switch back to SAE 30 WT oil. Oil brands are not really important. They all have to meet SAE the same standards to carry the label of SAE. (Yes you can use a generic 30 WT SAE oil )

whare the option buttons are if you number them 1 to 5 from top to bottom if led 2 and 4 are flaching this is a time out draining and you will need to check your waste hose for twists traps and kinks also check Filter if there is a user servicable one on the applionce and check plumbing. This is a comman fault and if you get hotpoint out to it even if it is only a day old they will charge for the call out as it is classed as user error or faulty instalation this works on all WF,WD & WT modles with 5 option buttons on the left habnd side the applionces with digital displays will show F-05 insted but it all means the same
