Question about OKI B4100 Laser Printer
I have had a problem for some a little while where the yellow light at the end blinks on my B4100 Oki Printer. See picture:
It blinks every 1 second. I have tried to open and close all trays, I have checked inside with the catridge and the only way I can print is if I press the // button (see picture) for every single page. The yellow light just wont go away. I have consulted Okis knowledge base with no luck and the manual (found here) has one solution to my problem
"1. There is a printing error, problem with paper or a cover open."
which has been of no help. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very thankfull! Even though I have an C3300N I still use my B4100 daily because I love this crappy cheap printer to death! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
In my case it was 2 sheets of A4 paper that had found its way in front of the sensor. That OKI status monitor software helps alot to figure out whats wrong with the printer.

Thank you for the help guys. It might have been residue of paper stuck. The funny thing was that after the I cleaned the printer within it was fixed, but then it started blinking again, but this time its blinking with an intervall of 4 seconds and not 1 second, which is the Toner that is low, which I was expecting before. Also worth mentioning that I do not have to press the // button for every page printed now, even though the yellow light has a 4 second intervall.
Thank you again!

What does the status monitor on computer tell you, LINK to status monitor if requried.
My guess is you have a Toner low indication...I got this from your user manual
"Replace the toner cartridge after Toner Low displays in the printer Status Monitor. Also, the Error LED indicator slowly blinks when toner is low.
After Toner Low displays, the printer will print about 100 more pages
then display Toner Empty and stop printing."
