hello.. u can setup ur router even there is no setup disc.. check first the default gateway of ur router by connecting your computer directly to the router using an ethernet cable.. to check the ip gateway, click on start, run and type cmd, it will give u a dos prompt, from there type ipconfig/all and check the default gateway,ex.. the default is 192.168.1.1, close the dos prompt and pull up the internet brower from the url.. type in 192.168.1.1 and it will ask the username and password.. u need to enter it, by default the username is admin and the password, just leave it blank, if didnt work try 1234.
