You should go to ATI's website, look up the video card you have, and download the newest software drivers for it. Video drivers can often cause blue screens and system errors when using an old version of the software.

Go to this website:
http://www.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspx

When you get there, in the upper right hand corner there's a download section for software drivers. If you follow the menu, it will allow you to download the newest software for your video card. Good luck!

I can't update my graphic??

Are you sure the graphics are a RADEON 200M? I don't think AMD Radeon has a graphics adapter called the 200M. Is this graphics adapter in a laptop by chance?
I know NVIDIA has mobile graphics (for laptops) that is a 200M.
Head over here to the NVIDIA wesite.
Product Type: GeForce
Product Series: GeForce 200M Series.

Ati2dvag infinite loop how do I fix this

This seems to be a problem with the video card driver as ati2dvag is a part of it. What you could do is go into safe mode. Insert the drivers disc for your video. Reinstall the driver for your video card.

To go to safe mode just restart the computer and continuously pres f8 until you see the advanced options menu then press the arrow keys to highlight safe mode. Then press enter.

Computer restarts on game start

Remove all traces of ATI drivers from add/remove programs and reboot before trying to install the newest Catalyst Control Center. The latest - 9.4 - does NOT have your card listed (they list the PCIe version, not AGP).

Recently ATI removed support for many of their "legacy" cards. 9.3 may be of more use to you.

I bought to my son PC CD ROM Wildlife Park 2. I tried to install program according to the recomendation. If I tried to start the program I am receiving the information that vertex and pixel shader version...

Pixel Shader is a hardware capability. It must be supported by the graphics card. Sounds like your graphics card will not work with the game you purchased. To answer your question directly, you will need to install a graphics card that supports Pixel Shaders to be able to run games which need it.
The following cards support Shader Model 1.x: - ATI Radeon 85xx Series (1.4) - ATI Radeon 9000 Series (1.4) - ATI Radeon 9100 Series (1.4) - ATI Radeon 92xx Series (1.4) - NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti (1.1) - NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti (1.3)
