the developer home position sensor is not registering. it will need to be cleaned. This will involve the removal of the left side cover, the removal of the power supply pcb and the removal of the sensor which sits under the power supply. clean the sensor out with a dry pain brush and re install. be careful to turn the printer off and unplug it prior to removing any covers. the cover is easily removed, however, take your time and make sure you release all the clips on the inside of the cover. once the cover is off it is easy to get to the sensor. don't worry too much about all the connections to the power supply, they only fit in one plug and cannot be inter changed.
Remember to take your time in this operation. If you are at all uncomfortable with this, do yourself a favor and call a technician in to do it. He wii do it in about fifteen minutes.
