Re: video probs

Which cable are you using? Are you using the component cable? Have you accidentally switched the red/green/blue somehow? Or may someone have played a trick on you, rearranging them?

Also check PAL/NTSC settings and capabilities on the 360 and your TV.

Our colours have gone on our xbox 360. Red seems to be green and yellow or whatever is purple. rest is in black and white. Any ideas

Hmm, try unplugging the video cords and clean them a bit with a small cu-tip, blow on them and put them back in. If it is at all possible, try another cord (maybe a friend has a video cord you can try it out with?) This will let you know if it is the cord or not. If it is, then you have to buy a new one, such as Walmart, or any electronic store/video game store, or even pawn shop. If it isn't the cord, then it has to be the other source which is the television. Maybe some color settings got accidentally changed.

Hope this helps!

What is up with my 360 when ever i play it for about 30min it shows green fuzzy lines down the screen of my tv and purple fuzzy lines down my tv screen and after those two happen sometimes it will have red...

well definitely video issues of some sort. if you have a second video cable (or hdmi cable if your unit supports that) give that a try.
*assuming that doesn't work Unfortunately it sounds more likely that it's an issue with the video card inside the xbox. this may be repairable by a professional.
if you have it under warranty i would contact microsoft for a replacement/repair or call Toll free: (800) 4MY-XBOX
~best of luck!

My xbox colors are messed up

How is the 360 connected to the TV? This sounds like your component cables are attached wrong. make sure red, green, and blue are connected to the corresponding jacks.

yes sorry to say you have to minupulate microsoft your graphic card has burned out its like a purple red pikish color.. what you have to do is just put your 360 in a drawer to get the red rings of death and send it back this will make it free to repaair. but if you send it back with a broken grapic chipit will cost 100 dollars to fix

The xbox 360 screen is messing up and pixelating

After a lot of calls and finally a return to MS for RMA, MS checked and agreed to change the motherboard... it seems quite common issue (full HD seems to be a stretch for the console for games or for movies...). So the only way is to return it for repair....

Screen blank

use the towell trick! Wrap the 360 in 2 towells turn on and leave running for 15 minutes. It gets very hot but after the 15 minutes turn off the console and power it back on again and it should work. Dont know if this is a permanent fix but my 360 hasnt broken again so far. Dont ask me how but it works, google it if you like. It also cures the 3 red lights problem.
