Sound, but no picture. Standby light bli...

A few weeks ago my set started flashing to a black screen. Now a couple of weeks later, i have no picture, but the set turns on and i have sound. The standby light is flashing. I purchased the set in 2000 so it is seven years old. This is the first problem. Could it be all three of the bulbs?
tv comes on one click no picture but sound is great red light flickers constantly there is some sort of raster on screen if you look closely. could it be the video only or also the flyback?
