SOURCE: cannot connect to internet Model WRT54GS

Hi vmveal, try this. (Do not remove the RJ45 cables from modem to router, router to PC). Power off the PC.
Unplug the DSL or cable modems power cord. Also unplug the routers power cord. There is a small reset button on the back side of both, (Modem & Router). Take a pen & push the reset button in for 10 seconds. Modem first & than router second.
Re-connect the modems power cord, than re-connect the routers power cord. Once both have powered up turn on your PC.
If this still fails to give you internet access you can call linksys or chat with linksys at this site: (See left side of link & bottom of page).
http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?c=L_CASupport_C2&childpagename=US%2FLayout&cid=1166859761879&pagename=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper&lid=6187941396B11
To talk with linksys tech, the number is in your manual.

Good luck vmveal!

SOURCE: I turn my PS3 on and the screen is always blank. I

I recommend you try to access Safe Mode again.

The way I understand it, your ps3 is supposed to turn off after the third beep as you keep holding the Power button. Then you start the sequence again, and this time you will get the double beep.

Of course, Safe mode is only available for PS3's with system software of 2.60 and higher, perhaps yours is older than that?

I hope that helps.

I have bought a used red head safe. It's open but I can't get it to close. Also, I don't have a combination for it and I'd like to make up my own. Can you help me?

Most likely it will not close because the lock has been activated while the door was open. Probably need to take it to a locksmith.

How can i drill a hole into my keepsafe wall safe to open it?

Keep the drill motor in the toolbox, you'll likely just ruin the safe.

There are 3 possible ways to unlock and access
the safe:
1. Factory code
(Found on the first page of the factory guide) You can
always open the safe by entering the pre-set 5-digit
factory code. This code cannot be deleted.
2. User code
If you prefer to employ your own code, you can
program the safe to open using a 5-digit user code
of your choice.
3. User pin
If you wish to give someone else temporary access
to the safe, you can program a 5-digit user pin that
can later be erased.
Programming the user code
NOTE: One (1) user code is allowed.
To add:
1. Press the Prog key , then enter the 5-digit
factory code.
2. Enter the 5-digit user code of your choice.
To delete:
1. Press the Prog key.
2. Enter the 5-digit factory code twice.
Programming user pin

I need to reset my combination to my mesa safe

This safe was shipped with a factory Master Code of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8.

If you changed the Master Code you will need to use the code you changed it to.

Deleting your current User Codes:
Input * - * lock will beep twice
input 6-6-6-# lock will beep twice
Input current Master Code - # lock will beep twice
Input user number - # lock will beep twice (not user code, user number is which user number you want to delete 1,2,3,4 or 5)
Re-input user number - # light stays green for 3 seconds

Example: * - * - 6 - 6 - 6 - # Master Code - # - 5 - # - 5 #
This will delete user 5
Unsuccessful code change: five beeps, repeat the steps.

Changing User Codes: Code length can be 3 to 8 digits long
Input * - * lock will beep twice
Input 4 - 4 - 4 - # lock will beep twice
Input Current User Code - # lock will beep twice
Input User Number - #
Input New User Code - # lock will beep twice
Re-input New User Code - # light stays green for 3 seconds

Example: * - * - 3 - 3 - 3 -# - User Code 2 - # - 2 - # -New User Code - # - New User Code - #

That example will change user code 2.
Unsuccessful Code Change: five beeps, repeat the steps.

There are other things you can do with the MSL-500 lock that comes on the MFL-2014E. You can change the master code, activate user codes, change user codes, delete user codes, set single user or dual user modes (dual user modes requires two user codes to be entered each time you want to open the safe, set the time delay.

The Mesa safe company has a website which does have the operating instructions for the MSL-500 electronic lock. A Google search of "Mesa MSL-500 Operating Instructions" would get you there quickly.
