Fuses blow when the is an overload on the system. Regardless of any settings. Most likely the power amp section of the right channel has a shorted semi-conductor(s) somewhere. Replace that and the replacement fuses should be OK.
You do need to check the speakers and wiring on the right channel, plus the connections. Anything wrong there will cause a failure of the replaced parts again.

SOURCE: Microwave keeps blowing fuse
If it went dead almost immediately after pressing the Start pad, that\'s usually a shorted high-voltage capacitor.
If it went dead a few seconds after pressing the Start pad, that\'s usually a failing high-voltage transformer.

SOURCE: Bryston 4b amp, left channel blows the back panel
I would check out whatever drives the left channel first. If it is a transistor, you can put a ohm meter on the terminals and see if it shows a short (amp turned off). If there are two transistors for the left channel, and you find a short on one only, replace the other to be on the safe side.

This problem is just like my own microwave, replace the shorted HV capacitor

Bad output IC or voltage rectifier are the most likely at fault.
