Your range has been reset to celsius from fahrenheit. It must be reset to fahrenheit.

Press bake and broil pads simultaneous for approximately 3 to 4 seconds.

When SF comes on, press the broil pad.

You should see the Letter C.

Press again and the letter F will come on.

Press start.

Your range shouldproperly set the temprature now!

Short answer: You can't. RISO designed it this way so you need to order supplies from them.
Solution: 1-800-942-RISO to order genuine supplies.

Probably you should purchasing a new software.

Go to the Registry and delete the old installation and re-install it all over again.

Make sure your in fax setup your message confirm is ON and not on ON-ERR. The Sf-560 also has an issue with the phone jack on the back becoming loose and causing sataic. Needs to be resoldered
