Add your logo to customize your survey. When you add a logo, it will appear at the top of every page in the survey.
Upload Requirements

• Format: JPG, PNG, or GIF
• File Size: 1MB or less

Adding a Logo

To add a logo:

1. Click the Design Survey tab.
2. At the top of the survey, click + Logo.
3. Upload a logo from your computer.
4. Once you successfully upload your image, configure the logo settings in the left sidebar:
   • Logo Size - Choose to display your logo at its Actual Size, Small (100px), Medium (200px), Large (300px).
   • Position - Choose to display your logo Above Title, Below Title, or Left of Title.

Your changes will save automatically.

Changing or Editing a Logo

You can change your survey's logo at any time, or edit the size and position of the existing logo.
To change or edit a logo:

1. Click the Design Survey tab.
2. In the left sidebar, click OPTIONS.
3. Click Logo.
   • To change the logo, click Replace.
   • To edit the existing logo's size or position, use the Logo Size and Position fields.

To center your logo:

1. Go to the Design Survey tab.
2. Click on the survey title in the design.
3. Find the Alignment field and select Center Aligned. The alignment of the logo always matches that of the survey title.

Deleting a Logo

To delete a logo:

1. Click the Design Survey tab.
2. In the left sidebar, click OPTIONS.
3. Click Logo.
4. Click Remove.

The logo will be removed from the survey.
