How do I delete a letter or word when texting on Nokia 3310 phone

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

There should be "Clear" as soon as you start typing on the screen of any nokia phone. Though before you start typing, you will see "Back" on the screen but immediately you type a letter, the "Clear" will appear which replaces the "Back".

Just Check thoroughly, you will definitely seen how to delete a character.

remove your SIM card, then insert it with another cellphone unit, open your message in the inbox and delete it..
