Go to the control panel, in control panel you will see mouse, click on that and you will be able to set reaction times speed click times and all the mouse settings.

on this key boards problem is that they key pad circuit board has no mechanical connection or wire connection it merely lays across the circuit board loosing contact that's why if you squeeze the bach it starts working again
