Ignore that message! That's a scammer trying to steal your information, incl password etc. report the message ASAP! Do not open email, do not click to change password or a thief will have your personal info. If you already responded to that message, I advise you to change all personal info on accts. If your password was secure to begin with, Caps, lower case, numbers, and, symbols, I'd read that as a phishing attempt...

this could be that someone tried entering a password to many times. Facebook locks you out after so many attempts. You will have to just wait, or contact them.

This could be Bogus, an attempt to get you to confirm the passwords for some reason, do not respond directly to that email but go to each site and CHANGE them.

Whoever sent that email may be a scammer--look at the Url of the email---I would not open it, and take action.
