If it is a highbeam model 5550 I just lined up the off position and carefully pried the moving lamp assembly up from the body with a small screwdriver. The head snaps off and you can clean all the contacts (a pink eraser on a pencil is best) and replace the battery pack if needed. Mine was slightly rusted on the spring and center pin.

SOURCE: I have a nebo red line micro 6X zoom flashlight. I've had it almost two weeks and it just quit working. Can I just send it back to Nebo and they'll fix it? Free of charge I hope!!!

Return it to the shop from which you purchased it.

Apparently not easy if you use the 3 x AAA battery cartridge. Unscrew the base.

My Nebo Redline BLAST LED Flashlight will not power on after changing batteries.

Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS.

It takes 6 x AA batteries and my guess is that yours are incorrectly inserted.

Or send it back to Alliance Consumer Group for free replacement.

Tear down of the Nebo pal plus with folding knife?

That doesn't exist. It is a $45 flashlight with a knife blade and powerbank access via the battery in it. Just one screw to remove the blade as shown on Amazon. You could ask the maker in China?

Nebo pal shuts off after 10 seconds

Hi,

it looks like the power bank might be running low on power if the flash light portion of it shuts down after 10 seconds. You need to recharge the device or find a new power source while the device recharges.
