what should i do? thanks and regards.
You'll have to send back to Dell for repair. The laptops life is shortened very much without good ventilation.

First remove the battery from the PC! Leave it off for a short period of time! about 2min. This allows the computer to erase anything in temporary memory. Place the battery back onto th PC and try to boot it up. The other thing you can do is boot the pc up with just the power cord in place. See if it boots just from the power cord. Sometime the batteries from dell causes the whole entire PC to become unresponsive.

You can easily reset your password with the help of windows password reset disk. If you don't have password reset disk then you can use stellar phoenix password recovery software to reset it.

Recently, my B130 started to have a problem with the screen going blank every time I plug in the power cord. It works well with the battery only, but when I plug in the cord it goes blank. I have to shut the machine down, pull out the power cord and restart the computer with the battery only. When shut down, I plug in the cord and it will rechage the battery, but it will not give me anything but a blank screen unless I start it using only the battery. Anyone have an answer to this?
When I try to boot my computer at about 90% it quits and it says that it can't find a hard drive, how do I solve this?
