My internet explorer wont work

It sounds like the security settings are set too high.
Look in the tools / internet options,
in the security tab you can change these settings. Try hitting the reset the defaults button first, before manually changing.

Do you have enough RAM? Do you have an older operating system. There can be a lot of issues. What kind of internet connection do you have--dial-up or DSL? Do you have the latest updates for ShockWave and Flash? These enable the animation on sites and you can see things move. Are you going to a lot of graphic-demanding websites? These take time on slower computers to load. Good luck.

or maybe its just one web page that wont work

p.s. i would advice you to install firefox its much quicker to load and surfs the web faster and has countless great add ons , like stumble

you should really try it, or you could reinstall explorer
