FANMOTOR NOT WORKING

SOURCE: i have a fac106p1 eng2, overheating fan motor

first check the capacitor measure, see if measurement correspond with its label ex. 40 mf or 50 mf. I believe the winding for the fan motor are loosing its insulation, you might need to replace the fan motor, if installing new one follow the diagram and rotation their is an arrow indicating the rotation of the fan blade

If the motor is running, but running slowly, you will need to replace the motor. If there was a problem with the PCB, (control board) the motor would not run at all and you would see other problems with the refrigerator.

Unplug the refrigerator. Remove the lamp cover by lifting up at the bottom of the cover. Then unscrew the old bulb and replace with an identical appliance bulb (Base E12, 240V, MAX 15W, T-20). This bulb is at the top center of the fridge.
