Why won't my computer (all of a sudden) recognize

Why won't my computer (all of a sudden) recognize my camera?
In the past, I just plugged in the cable to camera & computer, ZoomBrowser EX came up automatically, and I was good to go.
Now nothing happens. I call up ZoomBrowser EX and it can't "find" my camera.
The camera and cable work fine on a different computer.
Frustrating! Anyone have an answer?
