I have an IP Canon printer that prints my logo to colour when printing envelopes but does not print colours when I print documents or invoices. Is there a fix Please. Thanx, Harley.n

I AM TRYING TO SENT LETTERS OUT AND EVERY TIME I HIT THE ENVELOPE BUTTON TO ADD MY INFO ONCE I PRINT NOTHING PRINTS OUT I HAVE CHANGED THE OPTIONS ON ENVELOPE AND EVEN TRIED WITH A PLAIN PIECE OF PAPER BUT NOTHING IS PRINTED ON IT. IT DOES ALL THE MOTIONS NO INK???
