Adjust the knob in the freezer to cold not coldest, set dial in refrigerator to colder
Defrost problems or evaporator fan not working.
Do you see 2 compressors if so one is bust.

soiunds like the coil on the refrigerator side is iced up.take and open the refrfigerator side and take a blow drier and after removing the 11 screws use the hair drier to slowly melt the icec behind the cover. If you pull too hard and or too soon you'll break the stryofoam ductin that has to be around the coil. then make sure that the drain line is clear reassemble and have a Merry Christmas!

Defrost by turning off for 48 hours and the unit will work ok (for a while)

probly the evaporator coil in fridge all frozen up you need to pull all the back out inside the fridge section and defrost with air drier

these appliances are a pain in the butt. fault with water dispensor is oprob that the water bottle at bottom of fridge is frozen. rise in temp is prob that defrost not taking place. not a diy unless you are experienced

Here is two possible reason
1. The fan in the frezer section is not running
2. The little section that allows the freezers cold air to blow into the refrigerator is frozen over or shut.
Can u give me a good model? Samsung fridges have dual evaperators. More than likely just an icing up issue. Most of the time simply unplugging it and opening the doors for 48 hours solves the issue.
