I would follow this up with the following few steps.
1. I would try to contact them via a wall post. Cake Cola scored a big PR boost by praising the people that ran the fan pag - remember these guys love your product.
2a. If they really don't want to play ball then you can report the page and select copyright violation. However you risk upsetting some for the companies best supporters.
2b. If there are only a few hundred fans you could try friending them all.
However first start by communicating with the page by posting to it or commenting on something.
