Check recirculation pump if ok check heater element and temp sensor
SOURCE: leaking hot tub motor
hi! there,
well occassionaly leak on pumps this is due to the mechanical shaft seal has been worn out.If you can do fix your self
try to prepare tools to be used mostly set of socket wrench, set of open and closed wrench, pipe wrench one pair, screw driver flat and cross, switch off circuit breaker of pump motor, disconnect elctrical wiring of pump motor, disconnect pump pipe fitting usually on union service fiiting, if pump is free from fitting loosen bolt on pump motor base, pull out pump motor place on a particular working table, have a prepare box to place all bolt to be disconnected on pumps,we have to pull out motor from pumps housing assembly
have you seen hydro pump, the motor assembly was couple to pums assembly.thereare 4 long bolts connected holding motor to pump assembly at the back of motor loosen this to disengage
motor and pump assembly, try to put mark on motor back cover
for reference in putting back.if motor is disengage on pump assembly, of course the rotor of motor still connected on pump assembly.
the shaft seal is connected to the rotor shaft inside pumps assembly, there are 4 bolts holding pump casing front cover loosening this will appear the centrifugal blade connected to rotor shafting holiding by a big nut at tip of rotor shaft.loosen this by socket wrench try to find the size, then pull centrifugal blade with
the shaft seal, buy this one with same specification exact value of shaft seal,if there is mistake buying seal either leak again or to tight.shaftso this type is just sample to have idea, afterr you purchased put it back and reassemble the pump motor.thi is easy one, have a nice day don't forget to rate me. thank's
SOURCE: I have power to the spa, but it won't power up
there are at least two separate circuit breakers feeding your spa and two reset buttons. the circuit breakers are located a few feet away from the spa in an electrical box.
the reset buttons are in the mechanical space of the spa where the pump and heater are located.
SOURCE: new (used) hot tub filled with water now it wont stop running
I replaced the upper control panel, and that was the problem.
SOURCE: How do you replace a flow switch in a spa, or hot tub
turn off the power to the spa. remove the cabinet under the topside remote to expose the equipment compartment. You should see the flow switch, it's usually a threaded 3/4" plug with a single grey wire coming out of it. Most of them are threaded into a tee or a special transparent fitting. If the water level in the spa is above the flow switch, you may have to drain the spa down unless you're very fast about getting the new switch in. Unthread the old switch and thread the new one in. Follow the wire on the old one to the spa pack. You'll have to remove the screws on the cover to expose the circuit board. Follow that wire into the spa pack to see where on the circuit board that it is plugged in. It may be good to run the new wire to have in place as soon as you unplug the old one you can install the new one with no question as to where it plugs in.
Reinstall the cover on the spa-pack and turn the main power back on. Make sure that the arrows on the new flow switch are facing the correct direction (direction of flow). Once you have the spa on and it starts back up, run everything to check for leaks and proper operation. If the flow switch was the only problem, all your faults should be cleared and you should be in good shape. If there are no leaks, you can reinstall the cabinet panel.
The new switch should already have teflon tape on the threads, if not, use teflon tape, apply the tape in the direction as if you were threading a nut onto the threads. You only need a few wraps of teflon tape, too much can crack the fitting you threat the new flow switch in to.

sound like you have the filter cycle set to fc means filters all the time try to push temp button and then pump button. in sequence you want it to be f2 means filters 2hrs every 12 hours
