I have just bought the JBL Free wireless earpods. The right pod plays sound, but the left pod does not. The pods are fullly charged and switched on.

The left pod plays a sound when switched either on or off, but does not seem to pair with the right pod. I am using an iPhone X on IOS 12.1. Can someone help please?

SOURCE: I Pod 4 Gb

It has charged long enough. A plug/cable should appear on the screen in a green battery. Press the eject button, and you can take your ipod out.

I hope this helps. Please rate this solution

SOURCE: i pod charges, plays, but no sound

Easy, I had this problem too. The reason it isn't playing is because its not in all the way. I was getting very frustrated with this, so I kept trying to push it onto the dock to get it all the way down.
Solution:
1. Play a song on your ipod/iphone so you can hear it through the device.
2. Connect your ipod/iphone to the docking station(Bose) so that you hear the chime(This lets you know its charging).
3. Pick up the docking station and firmly press the ipod/iphone down on the connector.
4. Keep pressing it and wiggling around until you hear the music begin to play through the docking station.
It may take a few tries, but you will get it.
Hope this helped!

My IHIP True Wireless Sound Pods left side sound pod goes in and out of reception. it cuts out then back on like it is losing signal

1) remove both sound pods/Air pods.
2) turn both off and then on at the same time.
3) double tap on the right earpiece
4) wait until you hear Bluetooth connected (the left is going to turn off. Which will be connected to the right.)
5) go back to Bluetooth and select the right earpiece and test it out.

hope this helps

My ipod wont stay charged

This may not be the answer you are looking for but your I pod might not be fully charged, meaning that you are not plugging it in the computer/docking system long enough.( it takes much longer than 15 minutes to charge the battery. So you might want to plug it in/dock it over night) Or you may be playing a game that uses a lot of MB/GB so it kills the battery. And make sure that you press the play/pause button down for at least five seconds before switching the little switch at the top of your I pod. If you don't press the play/pause button for five seconds and just switch the switch at the top a little lock will appear on the left corner meaning you need to hold the play/pause button down for five seconds then the i pod screen goes black at that time flick the switch at the top off. -hope it helps owner of i pod nano and I pod touch.

Will not charge, Ipod nano says that this accessory is not supported and shows that it wont charge the battery. also the Teac will not turn off the Ipod or turn it on or it just keeps running . Use to work...

Apple does this so that only Certified accessories have to software to make the hardware circuits charge an i pod, thats especially a problem with some sound docks, my i pod 2 gen works with only 1 of the 3 sound docks that i have tried, but i have a bluetooth i home so i play my music wirelessly

My docking station has a loose conection where the i pod sits!

You need to dismantle the unit and resolder the ipod socket. It is soldered to the board and the solder joints crack under the strain. This will happen to every JBL dock eventually.
