If you look at the back of the Router, you should find a Reset Button or a small Recess that can be pushed in with the tip of a pen. Press and hold this button or the Press Plate in the Recess for a 5 seconds, then release it to Reset the Router to Factory Settings and the factory-set Username and Password (often both are factory-set to USERNAME = admin and PASSWORD = PASSWORD or PASSWORD1 or something similar). On some routers, holding the Reset Button/Press Plate for a longer period (15-20 seconds), can allow the User to change the Router's Username and Password. To avoid a future reoccurrence of the same problem, save the new password in a discreet way in My Folders on your cellphone. I hope this helps.
