Open the door.
1) See if you can move the drum up and down, any slop would indicate shaft and/ or bearings
2) Turn the drum around and see if is running centrally.
An off centred drum indicates you need new drum and shaft

Clean the drain by opening the door on the bottum left.
Use the yellow plastic thingy in the front of the soap drawer to do it.
You can open the machine door by pulling the yellow tag in the bottom door.
Drain the water through the filter, clean the filter and close.
Then unplug the machine and tilt it forward by about 1 foot until you see water coming out of the bottom (put towel on floor).
Plug back in and voila!
I do think that this machine is a major pain. No spin cycle and this kind of stuff to go through. Anyone want to buy mine?
