Your blood pressure continues to rise during the day, usually peaking in the middle of the afternoon. Then in the late afternoon and evening, your blood pressure begins dropping again.
Your doctor can tell you if an abnormal daily blood pressure pattern may need treatment. He or she may recommend a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring test. The device used for this test measures your blood pressure at regular intervals over a 24-hour period and provides a more accurate picture of blood pressure changes over an average day and night.
What if Tadalafil doesn work
I would take a look at what is different in the morning than at night. Is there some type of environmental factor (Food, activity or stress)? Is there a medication that you are taking that is affecting your blood pressure? Is that medicine wearing off or are you taking too much? This should be considered as well. You can try performing some detective work yourself or set up an appointment with your primary care physician. Good Luck.

SOURCE: whats normal blood pressure rates, and how can i better manage high blood pressure
120 over 80 is considered normal. High sodium diets make it go up. Stay away from sugar and high salty foods to lower it.
Some types of blood pressure tablet are known to cause a dry cough in some people. Ask your doctor for an alternative medicine.
132 is OK and fine. But the Distoylic at 94 is considered high, as the ideal is 80 only.
Not enough exercise- taking regular exercise and losing weight is VERY effective in lowering BP.
Reduce salt intake - fast food is very heavy in salt so eat more fruit and veg, chicken, fish, lean meat.
Lower your cholesterol intake - which can cause narrowing of the arteries and contribute to high BP. Animal fats like that in meat and dairy are the worst but use olive or sunflower oil for cooking, drink semi skimmed milk and control the amount of cheese and red meat you eat.
Hope this helps.
Some people snore at night but still wake up in the
morning feeling like they slept well. But for some people heavy snoring leads to side effects such as;
1.
waking up feeling
exhausted the next day
2.
difficulty
concentrating
3.
increased risk of
high blood pressure, stroke etc
Snoring can also seriously impact on a partner's sleep as the noise can often stop the person sharing the bed from being able to sleep well.
