SOURCE: I cannot find the Swift Code or BICC for Townebank in Virginia Beach, USA. The bank just isn't listed on any of the swift code websites! Any help would be appreciated.

don't you see a scam when you read one
this is not how banks work so delete it and don't pay it any attention
