SOURCE: My Air conditioner stopped putting out cool air.

The unit is overheating and tripping the internal overload of the compressor. Clean outdoor coils.....check outdoor fan to see if it turns or is siezed......possible bad Start/Run Capacitor which is a very common failure on condensing units......possible bad fan motor need replaced! Unit compressor can be cooled with a water hose to get it to reset the internal biometalic high limit switch that is located in the hermetically sealed compressor!

Sometime alarm sound seems to be coming rooftop air conditioner last about 10to15minutes than stops 2011 bounderclassic fleetwood 36ft.?

Air conditioners do not have alarms. It is possible on a commercial roof top unit that you have duct detectors tied into the a.c. system but it's not the air conditioner.

Owners manual for cpf12xhl-uv-p

In the back of your unit, there may be a black cover that gets screwed off, a drain hose can get attached here, also, if your unit is plugged into any kind of surge protector or extension cord, try direct to wall, you may hear a beep, this is good, then try to power unit on, if it has different modes start slowly on fan mode, then adjust to a/c mode to see if it quits. i hope this helps you. Good luck.

Indoor fan will not stop

Seems like the fan relay has stuck (Likely to be on the main indoor PC board) or if the machine was being used on heating mode, the indoor pipe sensor may have failed causing the fan to continue to run. Most air cons on heating mode, will keep the fan running for a few minutes after you switch off on heating mode to cool down the indoor unit before it turns off completely. The pipe sensor signals the main PC board to tell it that the unit has cooled down and can now turn off completely. If either of the above faults occur, the indoor fan will keep running all the time.

That is an alert code. Most heaters require forced air venting, and some use a vacuum switch to test for that airflow before igniting gas flame.

My commercial cool air conditioner goes off after 5 min. The stop light is flashing? I can't get it to go on?

It's going thru the defrost cycle. Once that ends, the unit should restart. If it doesn't wait until 3 minutes have elapsed, after the stop light goes out and restart the unit. If that fails, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF & unplug the unit. Wait 15 minutes, plug the unit back in and turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. The unit should have reverted back to the original factory settings. If so, reset the controls as you like.

I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
