I have Tasco 4x16x40 scope. The crosshairs will not adjust or hold. What can I do to get this fixed.

It is impossible to see and movement as the crosshairs move such a tiny amount. Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range.

If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair. Tasco do have a Warranty and Repair Service.

I have tasco #62TR rifle scope. I has stadia crosshairs and an adjustable top turret with various ranges for elk, deer, and antelope. However I cannot find any paperwork describing these features, and I...

Sight in rifle and put the on top turret with zero facing back.do not let knob"click".Aim at animal and adjust power(3-9etc)until body is bracketed by both crosshairs.Look in little window in eyepiece for type of animal.Click top turret to proper yardage(200,300etc).This allows for bullet drop.I've had one on a .270 for 30 yrs and never used this feature.

I have a tasco galaxsee 14-114375. when i look through the high powered eye peice i can never find the object. i can see colours if i look at buildings and such, but if i try to see a star its just black....

1. Your finder is not properly aligned with the telescope. Therefore you are not looking at what the finder is looking at.
2. Max. power of the scope is 250x (if everything was perfect and it ain't) 375x like they say on the box is a LIE!
Tasco eyepieces are junk and you may be suffering from eyepiece "blackout" magnification = 500(focal length)/ eyepiece focal length

NEED REPLACEMENT PART FOR TASCO 4X15 I NEED THE CROSSHAIR PIECE

im sorry but the price of that scope is not worth getting new crosshairs, you should just go get a new scope at walmart. they are like 9 bucks. But i myself would get a better scope, you can get decent ones for liek 60 bucks. Last a lifetime if you take care of them. The best scopes can cost 800 dollars on up. Just get a new scope. the part would coast more then the scope.
