The game seems to be loaded fine but once it starts my tank only moves feet in any direction and stop so I wood have to keep pushing the button to even try to play how can I fix it?

A couple of possibilities: the bad electronics unit might have power supply problems, optical sensor problems, or other problems with the electronics. If you have some tech savvy and a voltmeter, you could check the power supply voltages. This circuit is likely in the close vicinity of the fuse. On the output side you should see a +5 volt, +12 to 15 volt, and perhaps a -35 volt (approx). The +5 supplies the logic circuit, +12 the motors. If these voltages are missing, or way out of tolerance, you will have a dead unit. A frequent cause of problems in the supply is bad electrolytic capacitors, especially in the older units (Panasonic manufactured rigs, late '80s/early '90s). Possible values on these capacitors: 2200MFD/10V 1000MFD/16V and several others. Replacements can be supplied by MCM electronics, Mouser electronics. I use the Panansonic FC series from Digi-Key Electronics. Sensor problems: Many VCRs have the sensor opticals mounted on the main circuit board, and locate themselves in particular spots in the mechanical section. One or more sensors detect tape loaded, one each for the supply & takeup spindles. If any of these sensors (especially the supply/takeup sensors) are non-working, the logic circuit will detect an error condition, and shut down the unit or at least put it into a stop mode.

SOURCE: Fuel problem?
I have a 1990 ford f-150 whent to start it and nothing No fuel pump hum nothing I replced fuel filter and 2 relays and fuel safety not popped up all the engine does is crank over and thats it.
SOURCE: Directional buttons work fine, until I start playing a game
Ok. navigate to system settings and scroll down to RESTORE SYSTEM SETTINGS, after that turn off your psp and wait for about 3 minutes and turn it back on.
Write back if this doesn't help.
SOURCE: Gen starts and runs with rocker start button pushed in..stops....
Cleaning the brushes is used to address an AC output problem. If the generator would run for a few seconds after letting go of the button, then this might apply.
But, since yours is dying as soon as you let go of the button, that tells me that you are probably looking at a low oil condition, or a sensor / sending unit failure for oil level.
Without spec number, hard to remember if the sending unit is for low oil pressure, or low oil level. Either way, the ignition is being grounded. First, double check your oil level, make sure generator is reasonably level. If still not resolved, then locate the sending unit, and remove the wire that is on the end of it. There should be a connector either a few inches from the sending unit, or a few inches from the control board (coming from big white plug). Disconnect at either place. Try starting again. If it starts this time, double check oil levels. If those are fine, then sending unit has failed, or oil pump (if pressure unit) has failed. In either case, don't run for very long until sending unit is replaced, just in case.
