I have a visor prism. Yesterday I fell in the swimming pool. My visor went in with me. It is not functioning now. How/where can I go to haqve my data retrieved, if possible? Can you respond ASAP, please? My life is in there! Thanks, Jack Fries

I'm not familiar with your PDA but it has a USB connection that may give you (raw) access to the internal memory. Connect the unit to a PC (should work with a Mac too) and see if the system recognizes the internal memory. If it does, you should be able to copy the memory contents to disk in some form but even then, it may not be something you can easily use.

You may still have moisture in the battery that fell in the pool.
Try heating the battery real warm with a hair dryer. In an effort to remove any internal moisture. This is a "nothing to lose idea". Then put it in the charger.

KX-TG5632 fell into the swimming pool. Can it be fixed?

soak in rubbing alcohol and let dry for a couple of days shake out excess alcohol and make sure(take out battery first)is completly dry before recharging!!!! Good Luck!!! had cell phone drop in lake did that and worked!!!

Visor prism not charging

I have the same problem.

Set the auto-off to 3 minutes, push the reset button, place it in the cradle and leave it alone.

Do this enough times and you should be able to charge the battery.

Remove any springboard backup modules while doing this, as I've had one go blank (from frequent resets, I guess)
