batteries are located on the back of the legs under knees 4 AA each side and 3 AAA batts on top of the switch on the jet pack i hope this will help you and that you let everyone here know this solved your problem.

for some reason they take either AA OR AAA batteries. remove the batteries and it will say on the side what type. AAA batteries or small. AA are the larger "penlight" batteries. i would suggest/recommend that you purchase a set of rechargable batteries for the camera. 600ma minimum but higher ma would be best. most dept stores such as walmart etc will have charger + battery combination packs you can buy. as a side note buying dollar store batterys etc will be a waste of money as i've tried it. you might get one or two pictures from a set of batteries. your other choice is a good set of alkaline batteries. but rechargable batteries are your best option.

Amazing allysen takes two sets of batteries. When you open up her back you will see where you replace 4 AA batteries. If you open up the littel doors UNDER the AA's there is a space for 3 AAA's. That might be a solution.

are you surebshe wasn't saying her back you know like what keeps the batteries in she probably has a sensor there
