TV has color bar and is blurry in nottom right hand corner, rest of screen is perfect

it seems to be a bad connection somewhere but I disconnected the ribbon cable and got a verticle line of snow instead of a blank line. the line is about 34 mm wide and starts 285 mm from the left edge starts on the Blue and goes to the Red pixels. so if they are 1mm wide that would be 34 bands of color.

I would sure like to figure out the solution to this one or I got a TV I need to throw away cause the o'lady is gonna bust my balls if I can't fix this!

Top right corner is marked there and possible cause of noise seems back light inverter board, there are high voltage going to CCFL inside LCD panel and seems high voltage leakage causing that buzzing/ fuzzing noise.

Replace back light inverter board upon voltage leakage confirmation.

Hi,
It is hardware issue related to LCD Panel (screen).
Regarding fixing it, it depends if you are handy with electronics stuff repair and can replace circuit boards in tv etc then please check T-Con (lcd controller board) on top center position at rear of lcd panel, this board would be covered with metal shield. Need to take off back cover of tv to get access to T-Con board. If T-Con board does not solve lines problem of screen then LCD Panel is bad and will be replaced.
If you fee uncomfortable doing so then repairman option is better choice.
