Beko wm1512s ECOCARE - washmachine wont finish cycle-run

Machine-- with load suddenly washes ok-- but at times wont completely drain completely or fast spin.----ie complete the cycle its supposed to do

also will only slow spin at times on 'c' -- and not slow-spin on b

i am unsure as to if the problem could be --- worn brushes --- or programmer acting up --etc???.

nb ---- the above problem/s started suddenly -- with out prolonged signs that anything was not quite right---this as i feel worn brushes should give ---pre-warnings????????,

any ideas --etc

I have the exact same problems with my machineas above, these problems started on and off from the machine after the 1st 6months, onwards. Can anyone help

Washing machine fills with water but then won't wash, spin or drain

Hi Claire if your beko washing machine wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.

Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.

Washing machine wont begin a programme

Hi sam this might help if your beko wma10w washing machine wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.

Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.

This part is bypassing water when the valve is supposed to be closed.

It consists of a plastic body, A moving spring loaded needle with a rubber tip that mates to a rubber diaphragm. When they start bypassing water when not energized there is either debris in diaphragm where the rubber tipped needle mates or the diaphragm has a hole in it. These valves are NOT repairable.

When energized the solenoid magnetically lifts the rubber tipped needle off of the diaphragm. A spring forces the needle back into the diaphragm seat when the solenoid is de-energized.

If your machine has 2 of these before troubleshoot by turning the water supply off at the wall ONE hose at a time and see if the water stops seeping into the machine. Which ever hose being turned off results in the water seepage problem stopping will be the bad inlet water valve.

The machine wont finish its cycles and you have to turn it manually

Check that the cycle is not set to drip dry. If after finishing it manually all of the water goes then the pump is Ok. However if the drain outlet if PARTIALLY blocked the drain out might be too slow for the time allowed. Door wont lock

I solved my own problem...
The machine stopped due to either a heavy load or clogged drain. I cleaned the drain (by taking pannel off the front of the machine). Then, the machine wouldn't cycle and it said "door locked" but the door wasn't locked. Basically, you have to let the machine finish a complete cycle (whether or not it actually does anything). Every time the start/pause button flashes, push it to have the machine try to start. This will eat away at the time. Eventually it will finish the cycle and say 0:00. Now it should run. This can take up to 2 hours so be patient!

Water runs into tub but does not fill?

be sure the drain hose is not lower than the wash tub this will caust the water to run out, 2nd be sure the drain hose is not pushed to far into the house stand pipe and the there is rome for air to go inbetween the drain hose and stand pipe eather of these will cause the machine to siphon mostly on rince cycle or on the 2nd and third loads you do. last your house drain could be starting to back up fill the washer with water and listen to it drain if you hear a gurggling sound in the house pipe you may need a plumber to cleanthis out for you.

hi without looking at it i would think that the control board behind the timer knob has broken down these can quite pricey so shop around before you buy one,hope this helps.

Hi there, this problem sounds as though the carbon brushes are needing replaced or infact just needing to be cleaned of dust or dirt. Its very common for the brushes to be covered in dust and fibres. Im not sure where the brushes will be on this model but I hope this helps you in someway.

The most common cause of machines stopping mid cycle is not draining. Your machine should have a filter behind the kick plate at the bottom.
If this is not the case please post back for further assistance.

SOURCE: Beko washing machine will not complete wash cycle. it will not rinse anf then spin. You have to manually select spin and drain after wash is done. can the maching be reset in anyway.

your timer is most likely bad
