How do I set the margins on a Smith Corona Wordsmith typewriter?

To set a tab, move the carrier to the desired position and press the key. To clear a tab, move the carrier to the tab position to be cleared and press

Your typewriter allows you to automatically center a line. 1) Press the + (CENTER) key.
