You can buy patches for screens, these work well for holes. If the screen is ripped at the edge you can also replace the whole screen. You must buy a different kit and a tool to attach it to the outer perimeter.

Using a PC that can access the web. There are sites that have all the 'factory' software in about 10 different files. You connect to the PC using a USB port, and then 'shell' or 'command' into the Azpen with it powered on. you can then reload the software and should be good.
