Hold down the filter button for 3 seconds to reset the light. Hold the button down until it beeps or the light changes from orange to blue. To perform a cold reset:

1. Power off the printer.
2. Hold down the green GO button, and power the printer on. Keep holding until all three control panel LEDs are lit up and stay lit.
3.Press the down arrow until you get to COLD RESET, then press the green GO button.

If it does this while plugged in, I would factory reset the device. iPhones you reset while connected to a computer with iTunes. Android you usually power off the device, tap the power button then immediately press and hold (power + vol up) or (power + vol down) until you get a menu. Use the vol buttons to navigate and the power button to select the factory reset option.

Hold the button down longer

Make sure you're using a paper clip while pushing the reset button. Also the router has to be on while you're pushing it. Hold down the reset button for at least 30 secs-1 minute

Turn car OFF.
Press and keep holding down the reset button, turn the key from OFF to ACC but don't start the car. Keep holding the button down until the maintenance light turns off. The light should turn off about 10 seconds.

Afer you change the filter and have run the water for about 1 minute you then hold down the light & lock button together and this should turn the change filter light off.

To do a hard reset, hold down the power button, press the little reset button, release it, then release the power button.

Make sure you back up your TX first.
