Do a reset (Erase everything). It's a software problem.

This unit does not have a screen calibration app.

Recomend returning the unit to exchange for another.

try and hard rest the tablet go to youtube type how to hard rest a your make and model of your tablet and a few videos should come up watch them and it will show you how hard reset your tablet

There are two options for resetting the Insignia FLEX:

1) Insert a straightened paperclip into the reset hole on the side of the unit.

2) Hold down the volume up or down key while pressing the POWER button.
