"My Bissel carpet cleaner has little to no spray action".
This is a common problem and here are some Trouble Shooting solutions. If your machine is only dispensing a little bit of water, or none at all, then:
1. The bladder may be empty-
Turn power off, remove tank and refill.2. The lent screen may be clogged-
Clean out the lent screen.
3. Tank-In-Tank may not be seated properly-
Turn power off; remove tank and reseat tank.4. The pump belt may be broken-
If so, replace with a new one. The belt can usually be accessed through a belt access door on the top-side of your machine. Here is a Link that will help in your search for the right belt:
