I need an ID card

I have been locked out of my Express-Scripts account and I want to renew my account with a Updated ID card with my member number on it.

what was the account suspended for? I think it makes a difference. If it was bc your cc was expired and you want to use a code, you can try deleting all the cards in your profile before you enter the code that might work.

I have not received my ID card from Express Scripts, even though I got my enrollment letter on 11/1/2017. When can I expect it?

Maybe deliveries from express scripts are facing some delays issues because of holidays. Give the. 2 to 3 working days to deliver your enrollment letter
