If Explorer is corrupt then most of its support will not load, hence the long list of errors. Can you press F8 just before boot and choose "repair" from the options menu? That may repair the main kernel.

Windows XP Mode in Windows 7

Secret No More: Revealing Windows XP Mode for Windows 7 Over a month ago, we were briefed about a secret Microsoft technology that we were told would be announced alongside the Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC) and would ship in final form simultaneously with the final version of Windows 7. This technology, dubbed Windows XP Mode (XPM, formerly Virtual Windows XP or Virtual XP, VXP), dramatically changes the compatibility story for Windows 7 and, we believe, has serious implications for Windows development going forward. Here's what's happening.

Windows XP Mode running Word 2003 under XP and Word 2007 under Windows 7.

XP Mode consists of the Virtual PC-based virtual environment and a fully licensed copy of Windows XP with Service Pack 3 (SP3). It will be made available, for free, to users of Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions via a download from the Microsoft web site. (That is, it will not be included in the box with Windows 7, but is considered an out-of-band update, like Windows Live Essentials.) XPM works much like today's Virtual PC products, but with one important exception: XPM does not require you to run the virtual environment as a separate Windows desktop. Instead, as you install applications inside the virtual XP environment, they are published to the host (Windows 7) OS as well. (With shortcuts placed in the Start Menu.) That way, users can run Windows XP-based applications (like IE 6) alongside Windows 7 applications under a single desktop.
Obviously, XPM has huge ramifications for Windows going forward. By removing the onus of legacy application compatibility from the OS, Microsoft can strip away deadwood technology from future versions of Windows at a speedier clip, because customers who need to run older applications can simply do so with XPM. For Windows 7 specifically, XPM is a huge convenience, especially for Microsoft's corporate customers, who can of course control XPM behavior via standard Microsoft administration and management technologies like Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP). And it significantly recasts the Windows 7 compatibility picture. Before, Microsoft could claim that Windows 7 would be at least as compatible as Windows Vista. Now, they can claim almost complete Windows XP compatibility, or almost 100 percent compatibility with all currently running Windows applications.

Cant download, very slow and cant strool up, or down , and cant write sometime.

There are various things that might be causing this. It is symptomatic of something hogging a computer resource - usually the memory, or the CPU, or the hard drive controller.
If it is the memory, then you might have insufficient RAM (Random Access Memory) to run all the applications that you have open and running. Solution, close some applications or buy some additional RAM.

If it is the CPU, then bring up the Task Manager window (press Ctrl+Shift+Escape keys together at the same time) and see which application processes are hogging the highest CPU percentage. You may be able to release the CPU load by shutting down those application processes. However, if it is the application you are needing to use, then it may be busy with some task that you are unaware off. You could try closing that application and starting it again.

If it is the hard drive controller, then, the cause would depend on which version of Windows you are running. Typically, if you are running Windows 7 or above, if the system automatically detects bad or "weak" sectors on the hard drive, it will automatically start to "self heal" or repair itself. It does this by copying the data from the bad/weak sectors to another area on the hard drive. Whilst it is doing this, it literally hoggs the hard drive controller read/write activity, and the user experiences this as "everything becoming slow, delayed or jerky".
There is no fix or workaround to this. You just have to leave the laptop switched on and running, until it has finished the repair.
If the health of your hard drive is deteriorating however, it may keep recurring until the drive fails. To know more about this, you need to get the free trial version of Hard Disk Sentinel, which tells you all about what is happening with your hard drive and what its state of health is.

Poor performance very slow lots of viruses on samsung npr519

1st Condition:-

Laptop runs slow issue may appear if the system is infected by some malicious application. You have to search and remove that application from your system. For your convenience download and install a powerful antivirus program.

2nd Condition:-

Mostly laptop runs slow issue occurs due to broken Windows registry entries. Fixing registry will help you to boost up your laptop. You need to download and install a Registry Cleaner program to fix corrupt or broken registry entries. To download a reliable registry cleaner, go to famous website download.cnet and search there Reginout. Which I personally use and recommend the friends. After downloading run all of its tools one by one except Internet Optimizer, to clean all the junks and registry errors from your computer.

If you are running Windows Vista, this is solved quite easily:
Instead of doubleclicking the shortcut and running the program, right-click it and select: run as administrator. Now it should run fine.

On XP, try reinstalling the game.

I hope this helps,

Internet explorer will not open. Error message below.

Okay, the driver for IE (hal.dll) needs to be reinstalled.

Do the following:

Press the windows key and R
Type in command
In the command prompt that comes up:
Type in cd C:\Windows\System32\
Type in taskkill /f /im "hal.dll"
Type in del hal.dll
Then restart your computer

What taskkill does is kill the IE application that is using the driver so you can delete it. After your system restarts, Windows will automatically reinstall the IE driver, and the problem will be fixed!
