I have two GE coin-operated

I have two GE coin-operated washers in a three-family apartment building I own. Both started failing with the same problem in the same week. The clothes come out soaking wet. I popped off the front panel and can see that during the spin cycle, the motor, belt and basket are turning, just slowly. Do I have a bad motor?

IT COULD BE A MOTOR OR JUST A WORN BELT , IF THE BELT IS'NT ABEL TO KEEP THE RIGHT AMOUND OF PRESSURE ON IT THEN IT'LL SLIP BUT IF THE BELT LOOKS TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE THEN YED IT COULD BE THE MOTOR NOT ABEL TO SPIN AT THE RIGHT RPM
