Remove the ice build up at the back of the drawer or something may have fallen over the top edge.. To remove the drawer, lift at the front and pull, or look on the side rail for catches.

Please always include full 'make model (what it is)', then we can refer to the owner or service manual.

SOURCE: Kenmore fridge and freezer not cooling

Check to see if there is any ice built up on the back wall of the freezer. If so thaw the ice and take the back wall out of the freezer. next check to see if the fan is running in the freezer (evaporator fan) This fan is what circulates the air from the freezer to the fridge. If it does run then you have a defrost problem (if ice is on the coils and back wall). Then replace defrost timer, heater, and thermostat.

SOURCE: Amana ARB2117BW - Bottom Freezer Door Won't Stay Sealed

This problem was posted in the wrong section. My model didn't have it's own, so its in ABB1927DE Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - perhaps you could create a section for it.

As it turns out, I looked more closely at the baskets inside. We had noticed that if the top basket was slid all the way forward when we closed the door that it would close better. So I looked to see if they or the slides were out of alignment. They seemed ok, but then I saw that the way the bottom basket was hanging didn't seem right - it was not quite nestled into it's retainer slot. I took the baskets out and turned the bottom one around. It fit perfectly into it's retainer slot. I then replaced the top one (it was already in correctly) and closed the door. It sealed correctly the first time. I tested it several times after that and it sealed tightly. Closing the top door did not make it unseal as it had done before.

Make sure the condenser is clean. Instructions are in your manual or subzero.com. If cleaning it doesn't work call for service

I have a Whirlpool fridge with the freezer on the bottom. The drawer will not close. .

Perhaps something fell down behind the drawer. You'll somehow need to pull the drawer further forward and reach back behind it to remove the obstruction.

I have a Whirlpool bottom freezer fridge model WRF560SEYMOO. The bottom drawer will not close completely. we have emptied and turned down to thaw out any possible ice blockage.

check all the shelves, check the bin on the door, sometimes one side is up farther than the other side keeping the door from closing or remove the bin and shelves and see if it closes, one of them are hitting or the tracks on the sides are bad but most likely it will be the bin or shelf.

Water under fridge sometimes

You may want to remove all the food, unplug your fridge, and the out the whole thing...melting the ice and cleaning out all the unwanted water. The drawer will be removable, and you can dry under it. Also check the overflow tray under the fridge, if there is one...it'll be full from all the melting.

Everything freezes in the refrigerator bottom drawers - no matter what we set the temp in the freezer or refrigerator, everythign freezes.

Make sure the vents from the freezer to the fridge are not blocked by ice etc. One is at the bottom and one at the top. The on at the top is adjusted open or closed when you adjust the fridge temp. Make sure it's working. Also make sure the fan in the freezer is circulating the air from the freezer through the vent at the top.

Water in bottom of fridge and in crisper drawers

the defrost drain in the freezer is clogged with ice.
empty the food from the freezer, and put through a defrost. you might have to help the fridge defrost with a hair dryer. you may also have to remove the rear panel (inside the freezer) or pending on the model to bottom panel of the freezer.. (usually held in by 1/4" hex screws.)
melt all the ice, and be sure that the drain is clear, and it should work.
