Usually multimedia keyboards from vendors like iBall,etc will have a special shortcut functions along with function key functionality.They will also provide you will some special keys for toggling between the behavior of function keys. Locate the function toggle button in your keyboard to restore back the F key functions. Appropriate LED will also glow on your keyboard.

It may happen that ur keyboard drivers are available and u have not properly installed so according to me first uninstall and then reinstall it.It may work
